TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING


Let us help you with your health and wellness goals, ON-SITE, during staff lunch periods! This HIIT class (high intensity interval training) is designed to help your staff get (or stay) in shape through different exercises using cardio, strength, and core activities. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned veteran, we would love to work out with you in a fun, non-competitive environment. We offer personal attention, modifications, variety, motivation, support, and fun! This is a great opportunity to work out right at work, leaving you energized and feeling good about yourself.

 

Our schools often sponsor this as part of their employee Health & Wellness Program.
